At yummybunch.com we are aware of the importance of protecting your personal information. We only need your personal information to process your order. This information will include your name, e-mail address (if you have one), contact phone number, credit card type, credit card number and credit card expiration date. We also need the information that allows us to deliver your order; this includes the name, address and phone number of the intended recipient(s).

Our staff uses your information to complete your order and your email address will be used if necessary in relation to your current order and to inform you of specials or discounts in the future. Your personal messages are kept strictly confidential and credit card numbers are not stored. Yummybunch.com will not sell or release your personal information to any organisation or person outside of the company - EVER! (unless ordered to do so by a court of law).

Your credit card information is important data. Yummybunch.com operates secure servers to minimise the unauthorised use of such information. Credit card information that is transmitted via our secure servers is encrypted. Telephone numbers and residential/business addresses are also sensitive information. At yummybunch.com, we ensure there is no unauthorised access to this information.

At yummybunch.com we are 100% committed to your satisfaction. If you need to complain please do so. Yummybunch.com will assess the situation and should it be warranted a new bunch will be sent. Of course, we need the entire original gift returned so that it can be assessed for quality control purposes.

We hope you never need to cancel an order but if you do the following rules apply: a) if you let us know 24 hours before the requested delivery date, your money will be refunded BUT a $15 administrative fee will be charged; b) if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice we will refund 50% of your money. c) Please Note: If the bunch is already en route to your recipient we can cancel the order BUT your money will not be refunded. d) Yummybunch Pty Ltd has the right to refuse and cancel any order which may appear fraudulent or bogus.

We do not usually deliver on weekends or Public Holidays but next working day is available.
We can not give an exact delivery time but most deliveries will be made within business hours. Please contact us by email or 1300 798 664 to arrange an after hours delivery or a weekend delivery. Additional costs may be involved.

The recipient must be at the delivery address to receive the yummybunch. If this is not the case, a card will be left advising the recipient of alternative arrangements. During very busy periods, such as Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day and Christmas, it is best to order at least 4 working days in advance to ensure your order arrives on time.

Our FREE delivery service is OVERNIGHT EXPRESS (excluding weekends and public holidays) to most major cities when the order is placed before 10am. Other areas usually take 2-4 business days for delivery. Remote areas can take up to 10 business days but this is a rare occurrence. Take advantage of our FREE delivery service if you want your delivery there the next day. We will supply you with the name of your courier and a tracking number so you can see exactly where your gift is.

Please select our CUSTOM service if you require your order to be delivered on a specific day - please note custom dates must be specified at least 3 business days in the future. There is an additional cost for this service because it involves a deviation from the usual automated Yummybunch.com process. However, if your order does not arrive on the date you specify we will refund the additional cost when requested. Please note the refund will not apply if the recipient is not available to accept the delivery. We will supply you with the name of your courier and a tracking number so you can see exactly where your gift is.

If an incorrect address is supplied by the purchaser (and Yummybunch.com is informed), every attempt will be made to retrieve and redirect the order.

If the bunch has not been delivered and is redirected a small cost may be payable.

If the bunch has been delivered and is subsequently retrieved - 50% of the purchase price will be refunded to the purchaser.

If the bunch is irretrievable Yummybunch cannot be held responsible and the purchase price will be forfeit.

Service not currently available, if you would like to to see this service continued please contact us. For customers wishing to take advantage of our FREE Australia-wide delivery service we have introduced the yummybunch notification ecard. This will ensure your recipient knows you have sent them something special even if it is a little late. At 4pm on the delivery date we will send your recipient an ecard which displays an image of the bunch they will receive and your message. Substitutions - Occasionally it may be necessary to substitute a particular brand of chocolate or sweet with another of equal or greater value. If this does occur, rest assured that quality control assess the bunch to ensure that it is as close as possible to the original item.

Melt Factor - Yummybunch.com can take no responsibility for bunches which are left in the sun after delivery. Should you make a purchase to deliver in person, please take care as our liability ceases as soon as you take delivery.

Yummybunch products are made from a variety of well known commercial chocolate bars, gourmet chocolates and candy edibles; as a result the individual ingredients of each Yummybunch product can vary greatly.
